Founded in 2014, Nonpareil Stays is a collaborative venture between cousins Deanna Zaccari and Lisa Giuntoli. With over a decade of expertise in property management and co-hosting, we welcome guests from around the world to experience our properties and join us as we continue to expand our distinguished collection of rentals in Los Angeles.
Deanna, a former Fashion Stylist and Sales Executive with over a decade of experience at Giorgio Armani in Beverly Hills, charted her own course with a Lifestyle agency in 2000, serving high-profile celebrity clients in LA, NYC, and Miami. She ventured into property hosting and consulting in 2010, eventually creating a coveted Plus Property renowned for year-round bookings. Deanna stands as an Airbnb Brand Ambassador and a Super Host, while also leaving her artistic mark on bi-coastal interior design projects in Maine and Los Angeles.
Lisa, previously a Marketing & Promotion Executive at prominent US Record labels across NYC and Los Angeles, notably contributed to campaigns for renowned artists like Lenny Kravitz, Janet Jackson, Tina Turner, The Rolling Stones, and Ben Harper during her tenure at Virgin Records América. Beyond this, she co-founded California Living, a trendsetting boutique for outdoor furnishings in Los Angeles. Lisa's diverse roles span across project management at an LA Interior Design Firm to Director of Marketing at a global fashion brand.
