# Hillside Serenity – 1 Bedroom Vacation Rental in Los Angeles, California | Nonpareil Stays

Serene light filled apartment  space with private entrance / balcony and stunning views over LA! Nestled into the  hills of Los Feliz the space has fantastic access to local shops , cafes , and theaters.  Griffith Parks amazing nature hikes, the Greek Theater and  the  Observatory are at the back door. Close to Hollywood and Silverlake, but without the bustle, you  can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and set , trees and birds all around. Stunning !

The owners live in the top portion of the house and have use of the drive way . Access to the apartment is via the pedestrian gate , and up the pathway . 
Our pool is on the next level above the apartment balcony , so when it is in use , there can be splashing sounds ! 
As we live above you may hear noises from above , but we highly respect the needs of the guests so let us know if there’s any issue . 

Street parking is free and plentiful . We do not allow smoking inside , nor pets sorry .

Walking is an option from our place !  As listed above the Los Feliz village is close and an easy walk through tree lined streets ! Other than that there is a bus service that runs right up Vermont Ave , the local metro is Hollywood/ Vine . We are close to the 101 and the 5 which are main routes to get you around LA as quickly as the traffic allows !

As we live on the property we will be around ,  but as we respect your privacy we expect the same . We have hosted for years and are here to help . Our pool is located beside the apartment balcony so on hot days there will be sounds of swimming . 
As Griffith park is a fire zone we have  a strict no smoking/ candles policy.

The  gardener and pool guys work Wednesdays FYI !
