PLEASE NOTE:
•	All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
•	Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
•	As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $475 (checkout cleaning) is included in reservation total. Monthly stays require bi-weekly cleanings and guest will be contacted to pay via Resolution Center
•	Pet fee ($20 /night) is an additional charge 
•	Pool heating fee ($1000/stay) is an additional charge 
•	Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
•	Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
•	We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.

PLEASE BE AWARE:
- There is a separate studio unit on property and you may occasionally see guests using their own private entrance to their own private studio. They have NO pool access and NO driveway parking.

Public transit, easy freeway access and walking to Greek Theatre, areas of Griffith Park, Hillhurst Avenue shopping and eateries, and other attractions.
