Watch soaring hawks and rolling clouds amongst the tree tops. Located in climate perfect Fernwood near beaches and hiking in State Parks.

A must stay in Topanga. The perfect location for a short drive into town or to the beach. Our group enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces each morning and concluded our weekend with an al fresco dinner. Thank you again for a memorable weekend.
How often do the pictures NOT do the property justice? WOWWWWWW! We named it a “fairy tale cottage”. The views, the patios, the charm, the beauty. Far exceeded our expectations. This is an exceptional home with extraordinary views and an inspiring and tranquil setting. The decor is beautiful and the home is very comfortable. Multiple outdoor terraces on different levels of the property offer spaces for shared meals, solo contemplation, yoga if you’re so inclined, and connecting with the beautiful surroundings of the Santa Monica Mountains. I truly hope to return to this magical place.
The property was absolutely stunning - so cozy and had breathtaking views. Super simple to get down to all that Topanga has to offer as well as easy rides to Malibu and LA proper. Bonus - this property had a nice level parking space right on site (critical aspect for the topography of the canyon). Would absolutely stay again!

Check-in time will be 6 pm if booking is done with less than 48 hours notice due to cleaning company scheduling. No smoking in the house or on the property. This is a high risk fire area - be aware. No open fires or reel flame candles or devices. No shoes in the house. No commercial or professional photos or filming WITHOUT Permission and fee; $1500 fee for photos; $5000 fee for commercial filming. No event without permission and event fee of $1500 (wedding parties) or $5000/day. Students and small businesses are welcome to get in touch to request reduced rates of $2000 (filming and events). If you have requests for other arrival or departure times are possible, when there are no other bookings the same day, if the cleaning company can accommodate, and with advance notice. We charge a relatively small housekeeping fee so please leave the place tidy and the dishes cleaned! Please put all trash into a bag or two and take it out to the curbside trash cans on the street.
