We had a great week at this studio. It's incredibly clean and the backyard setting is really beautiful with an outdoor dining table & fountain (which we used several times). We appreciated the little details, like stocking the bathroom with nice soaps & stocking the kitchen with fresh fruit, yogurt & coffee pods. It was a very easy place to call "home" for the week. Deanna was also very helpful with parking and offered to coordinate moving the multiple cars in the driveway so we could park there, or printing parking permits so we could easily park on the quieter neighborhood streets (which we did). This was very helpful and made our stay stress free. Best of all, it's a beautiful 15min walk to Larchmont Village for a nice dinner (which we did too many times). All around great stay.
A really nice suite. Parking is a little tricky because of the 7 am restriction but you can park the next block over with a pass. Overall it's a nice relaxing little spot.
Lovely little place with all that you need. Very comfortable bed and very quiet and peaceful. Deanna responded immediately to any questions and sorted a problem out same day. Good kitchen facilities and large fridge, very cosy tv area and outside seats to enjoy the sun. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, felt right at home. Walkable to Larchment Village for great restaurants, highly recommend.

HOUSE RULES: • You MUST get approval from co-hosts prior to any small gathering and only CONFIRMED GUESTS on the Booking may stay overnight. • Keep in mind that there are NO parties - this is not a party house. • The neighbors and neighborhood are quiet and respectful and are our friends. • Please respect the Quiet hours ~ No music or noise outside after 10 PM • No loitering outside the home and no honking. • If there are complaints of loud parties, gatherings or disturbances to the neighbors/neighborhood, guests will be asked to vacate the home immediately and no refund will be issued. • NO SMOKING in the house or anywhere on the property. • No cryptocurrency mining is to be done anywhere on property • Please be respectful of our neighbors, happy to say we have never had any problems or issues. • Please remove your shoes upon entering our Guest Studio. • Please note that our sewer system is very old and will back up if too much tissue is used. Please try and use as little tissue as possible in the bathroom. • Also, do not flush anything else down the toilet, wipes, floss or anything.
