Perfect mix of quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views, great outdoor patio, yet walkable to restaurants and Greek theater. Comfortable pretty space with efficient kitchen. We really enjoyed our visit.

Love the apartment, love Los Feliz. So great to be able to walk down Vermont to all that’s going on downtown. And the view of LA from the deck is breathtaking. I had a great stay at a great place in a great LA neighborhood. I would go back anytime!

As others have written, the view from the terrace alone makes this apartment a standout. We enjoyed several dinners al fresco and glasses of wine looking out at the city lights. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful; there was always parking in front of the house. The interior space is compact but well-designed and comfortable for a couple. The photos are very accurate. We appreciated the flexibility on our departure time when our flight home was delayed. Communication overall was excellent. Highly recommend!

Greek Theatre, you couldn't ask for a better location—we loved being able to walk there and avoid all the traffic and parking hassles. The views are even more spectacular in person than they appear in the photos. As someone who loves architecture, I was thrilled to discover that you can actually see the Frank Lloyd Wright Ennis House from the kitchen. That was such an unexpected highlight of our trip. The home itself feels like understated luxury—beautifully designed, comfortable, and effortlessly elegant without being overdone. The cross breeze through the house was wonderful, making it a joy to relax and soak in those incredible Hollywood Hills views. Parking was surprisingly easy, which is a huge bonus in this area. We also loved walking down to Hillhurst and Vermont, where we found fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood charm. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.
