On their count, that has fed 485 wolves for two days — they list $10 as enough to feed one wolf for two days. Book a stay here and that night is part of the total. How Kind Traveler works

LISA & DEANNA

Women-owned. Still run by the cousins who started it.

Lisa Giuntoli and Deanna Zaccari founded Nonpareil Stays in 2014. Their own site names them as co-owners — two cousins who still run the houses. Kind Traveler featured them among 44 women creating impact through travel. Asked what they are proud to support, they pointed to Wolf Connection: rescue, education, and community programs, funded by every stay.

Named among Kind Traveler's Earth Day partners.

Green Lodging News wrote about Kind Traveler's expansion of Every Stay Gives Back — a program that turns a stay into something that outlasts checkout. Nonpareil Stays joined as one of twenty new properties, among sixteen charity partners. Our partner is Wolf Connection, a sanctuary for rescued wolves and wolfdogs, and a place of education and mentorship rooted in nature. A portion of every guest stay goes to vetted local charities doing restoration work, food security, and wildlife rehabilitation. Booking a home here is how guests take part. We are grateful to Kind Traveler and Wolf Connection for the invitation, and to every guest who stays with us.

OUR CHARITY PARTNER

Wolf Connection

Kind Traveler describes a 165-acre sanctuary in the mountains above Los Angeles — rescued wolves and wolfdogs, and education work since 2009. Wolf Therapy is their name for time with the animals, including programs with foster care organizations and veterans. Two dollars from every night with us go there. Kind Traveler records the total.
