The home is located centrally, easy drive to Hollywood and the Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, while situated in an idyllic canyon retreat.

Architecture enthusiasts travel from around the world to see homes by Richard Neutra, and very few are available for overnight stays, making this a rare opportunity to experience a piece of Los Angeles' mid-century history.

Guests will have access to all parts of the home with the exception of the locked owner closet in the guest room. There is no carport parking - owner's vehicle is on premises. For safety and security guests have absolutely NO access to the hillside on either side of the home.

Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or local shuttle services are commonly used in the area due to limited public transit.

• Guests are PROHIBITED from accessing the wooden platform off of the living room area as well as the hillside areas.
• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.
• Any stays 14 days or longer will require a mid-stay cleaning at guest's expense.
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Neutra windows are unbeatable with an incredible view of the city below. The home is tucked up in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We had everything we needed to enjoy a getaway. The hosts were great and very helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the views were breathtaking. There’s a projector screen to watch movies at night, shades, washer and dryer and just about everything you’d need! We didn’t want to leave and will gladly book again. Thank you!
