• The cleaning fee of $600 is included in reservation total.
• We welcome well behaved pups for an additional fee.
• Please note that the pool is heated to 82 degrees and the spa is set to 104 (standard heat temperature for hotel pools.)
• Children under 16 should be supervised at ALL times in pool and around pool deck.
• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.
