• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. The team at Rena‘s place is very helpful. They were responsive, and the place is lovely. The location is fantastic, provided you want something smack in the middle of Hollywood. It was perfect for the playwrights for our new plays festival.

This Hollywood house was absolute perfection. Clean, comfortable and the perfect place to relax with our dogs who loved the fully fenced yard. We were able to walk to our concert at Hollywood Palladium. The house is right in the middle of everything yet felt private. We were in heaven and hope to come stay again soon!
