Enjoy the premium amenities we offer, including hardwood floors, central air and heat, with a fully fenced, gated property & free street parking/parking passes. There are three queen ensuite bedrooms as well as a dedicated work area with desk. Take advantage of our washer and dryer, Sonos system, and Smart TV for your convenience.

Relax at our backyard dining and seating area, and enjoy the peace of our quiet, walkable neighborhood. With just a 15-minute drive to Cedars-Sinai and Runyon Canyon, we're centrally located to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood. You'll also be just minutes away from shopping, eateries, museums, and hiking trails.

PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $350 is included in reservation total.
• Pet fee ($150 /stay) is an additional charge
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
• Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee

Guests will have access to all parts of the main house with the exception of one interior room off the downstairs hallway and the basement. Guests also have access to the guest house/office space.

Spectacular home. Beautiful details for fine living. Everything about the home, garden, experience was pitch perfect. Impeccable taste. The guest cottage office was a terrific extra. Kitchen is amazingly stocked and ready for any chef.

My family and I had a great weekend at David's house. The pictures don't do the house justice, we were very impressed with the accommodations. This is one of the most well stocked houses that we have stayed in as far as kitchenware, bath, and bedroom items. The neighborhood is an oasis in the middle of the city; it is quiet, clean, and there is plenty of parking. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as a grocery store. The property itself is fully enclosed and very private, which gave us peace of mind when letting our young children out to play in the yard. I will say that we did have to child proof the house a bit because there are some wonderful decorations that we didn't want the little ones getting into but that was hardly an issue. We look forward to coming back and I hope the house doesn't get too popular so that we are able to book again in the future!

We loved spending Thanksgiving at David’s wonderful W. Hollywood home. It’s even more gorgeous than it appears in the listing’s photos. Our family of five enjoyed being able to gather and spread out in all the spaces, from the well-stocked kitchen to the art-filled living areas, patio, balcony and libraries in the primary bedroom and casita. We also loved the neighborhood and being able to walk to so many interesting shops and restaurants, as well as to Runyon Canyon. Thank you to Lisa for greeting us and answering all our questions and to David for sharing your lovely home.
