The home is designed around iconic Venice indoor-outdoor living, centered on a magical open-air courtyard where guests gather for sunset dinners, movie nights under the stars, or relaxed mornings with coffee in the coastal air. The home has been renovated within the last 5 years adding the middle deck and third floor to get the ocean view from the main bedroom and create all that outdoor space in the middle, where the bed swing, fire pit and screening space, lounging and dining areas are located. The lower floor was updated and there's a guest suite on the upper level with a living room, kitchen, guest bedroom & bathroom.

The primary suite offers a uniquely luxurious touch with his-and-hers bathrooms connected by a dual rain-shower beneath skylights, 2 Japanese-style bidet toilets, plus a built-in Miele cappuccino machine in the bedroom wall so you can start your day with coffee in bed. Please note that the primary bedroom, located on the third floor, is private however it is also connected by the shared hallway & staircase to the rest of the main house.

• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.
