PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $475 (checkout cleaning) is included in reservation total. Monthly stays require bi-weekly cleanings and guest will be contacted to pay via Resolution Center • Pet fee ($20 /night) is an additional charge • Pool heating fee ($1000/stay) is an additional charge • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. • We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval. PLEASE BE AWARE: - There is a separate studio unit on property and you may occasionally see guests using their own private entrance to their own private studio. They have NO pool access and NO driveway parking. Public transit, easy freeway access and walking to Greek Theatre, areas of Griffith Park, Hillhurst Avenue shopping and eateries, and other attractions. When you book your stay with us, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a $1 per night donation to support Wolf Connection. Through our community impact program, every $1 you contribute will go directly to supporting Wolf Connection. Additionally, Nonpareil Stays will match every $1 donated to the cause. You will receive a welcome package upon arrival at the home and we are ready to assist with all of your requests e.g. chef service, masseuse, yoga instructor, car rental, just to name a few. Should you have any needs, please reach out directly to the co-hosts, Deanna and Lisa of Nonpareil Stays. Please solicit permission prior to acquiring services that would be executed on the property. These require advance notice, are independent of the booking itself, and as such, are billed separately to the guest as an added cost.
