About the property

The Private Guest Suite w/ modern amenities, your own private space/entrance & self check-in box. It’s quiet, cozy & nestled in back of 1913 craftsman home shaded by large ficus tree. Sit in rocking chairs where you can relax & watch the hummingbirds fight over nectar & play checkers/chess.
In compliance w/Airbnb cleaning/sanitizing protocol laws with extra cleaners & disinfectants provided.
I also co-host many other properties around LA. I am happy to share listings, Nonpareil Stays.

The ensuite is private and has its own separate entrance and has everything you need for a private retreat. It is centrally located and your destinations are easily accessible. There is a queen size bed, bathroom/shower, kitchen as well as living area with TV and internet is also provided. Initial breakfast items are available eggs, yogurt, fruit, granola, bread, coffee/tea and cream. Please make any requests.
**I am also happy to do your laundry while you are here and for longer stays I will have sheets and towels cleaned to your liking.

The guest suite is private and you may also have access to the back yard chairs and table. Parking: You are welcome to park on our shared driveway and I will help navigate arrival and departure times for ease. The driveway is narrow and street can be busy pulling in and out so take your time. Street parking: park in the front of the house on Wilton anytime except rush hours, Monday-Friday (7am-9am) and (4pm-7pm) also Mondays (9am-1pm) street cleaning. You may also park up around the block and side streets just read signs! There is also ample parking on the side streets. Just read the signs for rush hour and street cleaning restrictions. You do not want to be ticketed or have your car towed! Do not leave anything visible in your car for safety!

The nearest bus stop is 100ft at the end of the street at Beverly Blvd. You can take the bus 2 miles to West Hollywood to shop or 4 miles to Beverly Hills. Korea Town is 1 mile East with some amazing Korean BBQ restaurants. Easy access to the 101 (Hollywood Freeway), 110 (Downtown Freeway), 10 (Santa Monica/ LAX freeway, and the 2 (Glendale Freeway). Near by attractions include: Dodger Stadium, Olvera Street, The Staples Center, Museums, China Town, The Disney Concert Hall and sights such as Hollywood Boulevard, Griffith Park Observatory The Hollywood Bowl, Universal Studios and Disneyland. Nearby is Los Feliz, a hip neighborhood with great restaurants and shops, movie theaters, cocktail bars (Tiki Bar, The Dresden, Good Luck Bar) clubs and music venues (The Satellite and the Echo) a vast selection of restaurants for all budgets. Beaches are a just a quick 30 minute drive by freeway (heavy traffic hours can take up to 45 min) to Santa Monica.
Downtown's Union Station with its Amtrak connections and the new Fly Away Airport Bus are just a short drive away.
Lyft/Uber arrives within 2 minutes when ordered.

• I also allow filming on property so please inquire if you are interested. I charge $1100/day for the studio space.
• Please note that while I own a cat, she is an indoor cat will never be in the studio.
• Our plumbing system is very old so please be aware not to put anything extra down the toilet or use excess tissue as they clog easily.
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)

We had a great week at this studio. It's incredibly clean and the backyard setting is really beautiful with an outdoor dining table & fountain (which we used several times). We appreciated the little details, like stocking the bathroom with nice soaps & stocking the kitchen with fresh fruit, yogurt & coffee pods. It was a very easy place to call "home" for the week. Deanna was also very helpful with parking and offered to coordinate moving the multiple cars in the driveway so we could park there, or printing parking permits so we could easily park on the quieter neighborhood streets (which we did). This was very helpful and made our stay stress free. Best of all, it's a beautiful 15min walk to Larchmont Village for a nice dinner (which we did too many times). All around great stay.

Pros: The unit is nicely furnished, thoughtfully stocked, and the fruit and snacks were a sweet touch! Deanna was very responsive and communicative throughout my stay. Once you're in the unit, it's very quiet with little to no road noise. Cons: While the property is technically in Larchmont, it's right on the edge of K-town along a busy commuter street. I pictured the quieter, tree-lined streets closer to Larchmont Village and wish I'd asked for the exact location before booking. Parking is challenging as the driveway is very narrow and somewhat difficult to enter without risking scraping the curb. Although the unit is set back from the street and secluded, it didn't feel especially private from within. The main house has rear-facing windows that look directly toward the unit, creating a bit of a fishbowl feeling. As the only windows are the French doors facing the main house, I kept the shades down for privacy, which unfortunately made the space feel a little dark during the day.
